PwC and KYC Portal expand their collaboration into the Middle East
Ten months after signing a partnership deal in the United Kingdom, PwC and KYC Portal have now announced the expansion of their collaboration into the Middle East.
KYC Portal is one of the leading solutions on the market for client lifecycle management (CLM) in financial services – the end-to-end process of managing a client relationship from initial onboarding through to ongoing servicing, risk monitoring and eventual offboarding. The platform consolidates all CLM information into a single, centralised and secure repository.
When PwC’s Financial Services practice in the UK set out to enhance its offering with a CLM platform, the team conducted a thorough review of the many tools available on the market and selected KYC Portal CLM as its partner of choice.
The collaboration combines PwC’s global expertise in financial crime prevention, process optimisation and regulatory frameworks with the capabilities of KYC Portal, enabling financial institutions to meet know your customer requirements, mitigate compliance risks, and improve insight and productivity.
