Dubai’s fully funded graduate training programme kicks off 2026 applications process

Dubai Business Associates (DBA), a fully funded graduate training programme for young professionals around the world, has kicked off the selection process for its 2026 cohort.

Now in its 12th year, the nine-month programme provides high-achieving university graduates with knowledge and experience in areas such as strategy, business, consulting, and leadership. Fully funded by Dubai’s government, Dubai Business Associates is a highly competitive program – the last edition received over 6,600 applicants from 140+ countries, out of which 35 were selected.

Run under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, the programme complements traditional learning with practical consulting experience in organizations such as Emirates and DP World, as well as offering cultural immersion and industry networking.

The programme is delivered with support from PwC, Capadev, and Bon Education, who provide training in technical domains such as management consulting, finance, and data analytics, and soft skills including presentation and leadership skills.

Applications for places are open until 1 March 2026, with the programme commencing September 2026. Applicants must have a recent bachelor’s degree and no more than three years’ work experience, fluency in verbal and written English, an interest in business, a curious mind, and leadership potential.

Since its inception, Dubai Business Associates has produced 313 alumni from 53 countries who have completed 92 consulting projects for over 30 public and private entities, generating an estimated $23 million in value.
