Meet the winners of the PAAward 2025
At the 8th People Analytics Forums, Maven Insights unveiled the winners of the People Analytics Awards.
The PAForum 2025 in Riyadh, held on 19 November at Mövenpick Hotel, convened senior HR leaders, analytics experts and public/private-sector decision-makers to confront a growing reality: AI is not just automating tasks, it is quietly reshaping how employability is defined, measured and sustained.
From opening remarks to the closing session, speakers and panelists all emphasized that AI is redefining the talent and human resources landscape. In response, organizations should prepare for three strategic priorities: equipping people with in-demand skills, operationalizing analytics for predictive workforce planning, and embedding ethical, inclusive practices that protect and empower employees.
The PAAwards
A highlight of the event was the PAAwards ceremony, designed by Maven Insights to recognize tangible excellence in people analytics across the MENA and Gulf region. This year’s submissions reflected growing sophistication: initiatives that tie analytics to business outcomes, scale skills development, and honor data governance and inclusivity.
An independent jury of international experts, including Dr. Amit Mohindra, Dr. Solange Charas, Dr. Anthony Hesketh, Ross Sparkman, and Maven Insights senior partner Khalid AlKhudairi, assessed entries against impact, innovation, and sustainability.
Winners were celebrated across key categories – they demonstrated clear evidence of improved workforce outcomes, from predictive talent planning and engagement gains to measurable productivity and compliance improvements.
