Deloitte hosts Annual Partners Meeting 2025 in Dubai
Deloitte’s partners in the Middle East have returned from their Annual Partners Meeting 2025, where leaders gathered to reflect on the firm’s growth and set their future-looking priorities in a rapidly transforming regional landscape.
Held again in Dubai, the Annual Partners Meeting is the firm’s most important leadership gathering, where partners come together to discuss performance and future-looking topics such as growth priorities, trends and investments. The meeting also serves as a leadership platform for connecting and knowledge sharing.
Deloitte is among the world’s largest professional services firms and operates the largest management consulting business globally. In the Middle East, Deloitte has more than 7,000 professionals across 23 offices in 15 countries.
The theme of this year’s event was Power of Now – a reminder that in an ever-changing landscape, the decisions made today define the momentum created tomorrow.
Discussions throughout the day highlighted the pivotal moment facing the Middle East as it continues to navigate profound economic transformation and rapid technological advancement.
Alongside showcasing how Deloitte is serving its clients and playing an important role in driving government and private-sector transformation, the meeting also underscored the growing importance of collaboration within the firm in response to today’s increasing complexities, which require a multi-disciplinary approach.
Partnering with global alliance partners was another topic on the agenda. As technology continues to reshape industries at pace, Deloitte’s leaders discussed the importance of strengthening ecosystems, bringing the power of one firm, and innovating with clients and alliance partners.
In his keynote, Mutasem Dajani, the CEO of Deloitte in the Middle East, spoke about the firm’s growth journey and the importance of being deliberate in the choices made today: “In a world where disruption is constant, no one succeeds in isolation,” said Dajani. “Our advantage lies in how we collaborate – with each other, with our clients, and with our alliances. Technology is moving fast, and our ability to navigate it together is what sets us apart.”
Deloitte’s long-standing commitment to community development across the Middle East was also highlighted at the event, including goals such as advancing education, skills development, and community resilience. Last month, the Big Four firm won an award for its efforts in corporate social responsibility.
