PwC moves Saudi headquarters into new office in Riyadh’s Laysen Valley

Global accounting and advisory business PwC has relocated its Riyadh office to Laysen Valley, providing an expanded space to support its people, clients and growing operations in the Kingdom.

The new 22,400 square metre office, eleven stories tall, brings together PwC’s teams and capabilities in an environment designed for collaboration, delivery and skills development. The office houses the firm’s full team in Riyadh, including members from its strategy consulting subsidiary Strategy&.

Alongside a wide range of areas to support client workshops, team collaboration and employee wellness, the new office features the firm’s Experience Centre (where people can experiment with leading-edge technologies and develop innovations), a Forensics Lab, and an expanded PwC Academy, which is the company’s arm for capability building.

Hani Ashkar, Middle East Senior Partner at PwC, said, “Our new office in Laysen Valley enables us to continue expanding our work in Saudi Arabia and to support clients as they advance their ambitions for Vision 2030 and beyond. The space brings our people and capabilities together in a way that strengthens collaboration and delivery and reflects the scale of our commitment to the Kingdom.”

Riyadh AlNajjar, Middle East Chairman and KSA Country Senior Partner, added: “We are marking a significant step in our long-standing efforts to support the Kingdom and its journey to achieve Vision 2030. Our new office is a symbol of pride and commitment to the Kingdom’s talent and of the trust placed in us, which continues to guide how we contribute to the country’s future.”

Saudi Arabia is a key market for PwC in the Middle East, with Riyadh one of the five offices in the Kingdom alongside Al Khobar, Al Ula, Dhahran and Jeddah.

In 2023, PwC was among the first companies to formalise its Regional Headquarters (RHQ) license – which is now based inside the new Laysen Valley building.
