Kroll partners with CrowdStrike to enhance cybersecurity capabilities

Global consulting firm Kroll has announced a strategic partnership with CrowdStrike to elevate its cybersecurity capabilities.

As part of this partnership, Kroll will migrate protection for over half a million endpoints to the Falcon Complete Next-Gen MDR, the 24/7 managed detection and response (MDR) platform from CrowdStrike.

This transition will be facilitated through the Falcon Complete for Service Providers program, consolidating multiple legacy tools into CrowdStrike’s unified, AI-native platform. The integration promises faster, more effective detection, investigation, and full-cycle remediation, while Kroll continues to deliver its renowned cyber advisory and incident response expertise.

David Burg, Global Head of Cyber & Data Resilience at Kroll stated: “Kroll’s mission is to protect, restore, and maximise value for our clients, and we look forward to continuing to fulfill this commitment in partnership with CrowdStrike. I believe we have the best independent cyber advisory team globally – spanning critical capabilities, global reach, and unmatched credentials – who are on the front lines working with our customers against the ever-growing threat landscape.”

“This partnership will ensure we can fight sophisticated global threat actors with state-of-the-art cyber technology at our disposal – protecting data and identities whilst securing digital, physical, and financial assets. Our customers need the best experts using the best technology in a complex and evolving world.”

Tom Etheridge, Chief Global Services Officer at CrowdStrike added: “Kroll’s migration to Falcon Complete Next-Gen MDR is a defining moment for the MDR market. This partnership represents where the industry is headed, combining world-class expertise with AI-native technology to deliver faster, smarter, full-cycle protection. Together, CrowdStrike and Kroll are raising the bar for what organisations should expect from managed detection and response.”

The Middle East

The partnership covers of all Kroll’s offices worldwide – over 70 in more than 30 countries.

Colin Sheppard, the EMEA Regional Managing Director of Kroll’s Cyber Risk business, said that the collaboration is particularly relevant for the firm’s clients in the Middle East, who face a complex cyber threat landscape.

A recent business sentiment survey by Kroll for the Middle East (UAE and Saudi Arabia) revealed that, when it comes to cybersecurity and data privacy, only 38% of respondents claim to be very prepared to face cybersecurity challenges in the year ahead. This figure is lower than the EMEA and global levels (42% and 45%, respectively). The consistent emphasis on this area as a vulnerability suggests a high level of concern.

Additionally, cybersecurity threats were identified by more than half of Middle East business leaders (54%) as the most significant business challenge facing organisations over the next year – higher than both the EMEA and global averages (49% and 47%, respectively). Furthermore, 96% of Middle East respondents say cybersecurity threats have increased over the past year, well ahead of the global average (74%).

Approximately four in ten respondents cite malware, data extortion/exfiltration, email breaches, and website breaches as the chief culprits behind these concerns.
