PwC appoints Khaled Ahmed Bin Braik as Country Senior Partner for UAE
PwC has appointed Khaled Ahmed Bin Braik as its next Country Senior Partner for the United Arab Emirates.
Khaled Ahmed Bin Braik is a homegrown leader at PwC and brings over 15 years of consulting experience, specialising in public sector strategy, organisational transformation, and human capital development.
In his new role, effective 1 April 2026, Bin Braik will lead the firm’s strategic direction in the UAE market and oversee its client portfolio, internal operations, and talent agenda. He will work closely with the regional leadership team, including Hani Ashkar and Laura Hinton.
The UAE business of PwC operates with offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.
Speaking on his appointment, Bin Braik said he looks forward to continuing PwC’s legacy of impact in the UAE – delivering sustainable outcomes for its clients and supporting the nation’s long-term economic and social ambitions.

Khaled Bin Braik has over 15 years of consulting experience. He advises government leaders and officials on human capital development strategies, economic and social reform, labour market dynamics, and civil service modernisation.
Throughout his tenure at PwC, he has advised government leaders and industry champions on evidence-based, purpose-driven policy reforms, strategic planning, organisational restructuring, governance, and transformational leadership.
Bin Braik serves as PwC’s UAE Nationalisation Leader and leads the firm’s award-winning nationalisation programme, Watani, which focuses on building a sustainable national workforce within the professional services sector.
He has been recognised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for his national impact and is a recipient of the ‘Leader of the Year in the Private Sector’ award. In 2023, Bin Braik was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and last year he was named a Young Arab Leader.
