KPMG launches its Learning Academy in Qatari market
KPMG has launched its own Academy in the Qatari market, offering capacity building support to its clients and own staff.
The Learning Academy offers learning and training services covering a wide range of topics, including AI for business, digital transformation, leadership development, finance, tax, and regulatory compliance.
Developed by KPMG experts from Qatar and globally, the Academy follows a competency-based training approach, covering competency assessment, program design, and delivery. The curriculum combines instructor-led training, e-learning, and on-the-job training to enhance knowledge retention, enable practical application, and ensure achievement of targeted competency levels.
Alongside training courses and workshops, the Academy will also promote knowledge exchange through regular seminars, webinars, and networking events.
