Masin appoints legal executive Sachin Kerur as new CEO
Masin, an international business advisory and expert witness firm, has appointed Sachin Kerur as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Based in the firm’s Dubai office, Kerur will oversee Masin’s strategic direction, growth agenda, client portfolio, and internal operations. He brings nearly 30 years of leadership and advisory experience, primarily gained within the legal sector.
Prior to joining Masin, Kerur led the Middle East business of international law firm Reed Smith for seven years. Before that, he headed the Middle East practice at Pinsent Masons.
Kerur has extensive experience advising both government and private sector clients on privatised and publicly procured infrastructure and development projects, particularly across the Middle East and India. His expertise spans energy and natural resources, oil & gas, and construction, with advisory experience covering airports, road and rail networks, commercial and residential developments, oil & gas facilities, water treatment plants, hotels, and education facilities.
Reflecting his standing in the sector, Kerur was named among the Middle East’s most powerful and influential figures in construction for seven consecutive years by Construction Week.
As CEO of Masin, Kerur will focus on expanding the firm’s geographic footprint and accelerating growth into new industry verticals and sectors.
Founded in India in 2010 by Rohit Singhal, Masin today operates across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the United Kingdom. The consulting firm employs around 120 professionals specialising in contract and claims management, dispute resolution, arbitration, expert witness services, and technical advisory.
“Sachin’s arrival as CEO marks a pivotal moment for Masin. His depth of leadership in professional services, combined with his commercial acumen and global outlook, positions us strongly for our next phase of growth,” said company founder Singhal. “As we expand our global footprint, develop new business verticals, and invest in AI-enabled platforms, Sachin’s leadership will be instrumental in building Masin into a truly global force.”
Kerur added: “Masin is at a defining moment in its evolution, having built an exceptional reputation for insight, credibility, and impact. The firm is now poised to scale globally, deepen its industry relevance, and reimagine how expert services are delivered – combining human expertise with advanced platforms and AI to create a truly differentiated offering. I am excited to support Masin’s next era of growth.”
In 2025, Masin was named among the leading consulting firms in its field by both the Global Arbitration Review and Consultancy.org.
