Global strategic management consulting firm PMP Strategy has strengthened its leadership team in the Middle East and Africa with two new partners.

PMP Strategy has elevated Housni Zniber and Zakaria Chouaib to partner, recognizing their contributions to the firm’s international development over the past decade in the Middle East and Africa region.

Housni Zniber leads PMP Strategy’s activities in Morocco and contributes to regional growth. He brings over 15 years of experience across digital, data and AI, growth strategy, and customer centricity.

Drawing on cross-sector experience spanning investment banking, telecommunications, retail, and e-commerce, Housni brings fresh, sector-agnostic innovation to traditional industries – helping leaders see possibilities others miss.

Housni partners with industrial leaders to navigate AI-driven transformation and unlock new growth opportunities. He also helps them address their most critical priorities from growth strategy and portfolio redefinition to large-scale business transformation. “High-growth markets reward pragmatism. Zakaria Chouaib leads the TMT and Digital Infrastructure practice across the Middle East and Africa. He has been instrumental in developing the firm’s full suite of capabilities in the region – combining strategic advisory, M&A expertise, and execution to drive growth.

With over 15 years focused on the Middle East and Africa telecom, digital infrastructure, and technology sectors, Zakaria is a trusted partner to senior executives, public sector leaders, regulators, and investors on corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions and partnerships, digital operating models, and complex turnaround programs.
