SAP consulting partner Business Line expands into Saudi market
Business Line, a regional SAP consulting partner, has launched an office in Saudi Arabia, marking its fourth country of operation alongside Iraq, the UAE and Pakistan.
Headquartered in Dubai, Business Line supports organizations using SAP systems and applications across their lifecycle – from strategic planning and system build through to deployment and ongoing support. The firm employs more than 1,000 people and serves clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, oil & gas, the public sector, automotive, transportation, telecommunications and construction.
In a statement, Business Line said its new office in Riyadh aligns with its growth strategy and provides a foothold in one of the region’s most important markets.
Saudi Arabia is also becoming an increasingly important market for SAP itself, which is rolling out new cloud-based innovations and expanding its capabilities in areas such as cloud, data and AI. “Organizations are leveraging SAP technologies to transform operations, integrate enterprise data, reduce costs, enhance patient experiences and accelerate digital maturity – while remaining compliant with Saudi regulatory frameworks,” Business Line said.
Meanwhile, many organizations using SAP’s ERP platform in the Kingdom face the daunting prospect of having to migrate to S/4HANA in the coming 1-3 years, as its legacy systems (ECC and R3) approach their end-of-life.

Against this backdrop, Business Line is seeking to capitalize on the opportunities in the market and establish itself as a leading player.
Initially, the consulting firm will focus on clients in healthcare, construction, manufacturing and oil & gas, with expansion into other verticals planned at a later stage. From a functional perspective, Business Line will concentrate on the SAP Business Suite, including cloud, human capital management, spend management, supply chain, business intelligence and customer experience solutions.
Business Line has already secured its first project in the Kingdom, partnering with Baraya Extended Care, a healthcare provider offering advanced long-term care, rehabilitation and at-home services. Baraya is upgrading its technology foundation with SAP to enhance its patient experience.
In 2025, Business Line was named one of SAP’s fastest-growing partners in the Middle East. Its other offices are located in Baghdad, Erbil, Dubai and Lahore.
