KPMG kicks off Jordan expansion plans with new headquarters lease agreement
KPMG’s business in Jordan is aiming to more than double its workforce in the coming years, with a new headquarters in Amman set to accommodate its expanding team and support its growth ambitions.
Since joining the KPMG network in 2008, the Jordanian firm has developed into a full-fledged professional services organisation, offering audit, tax, transactions and advisory services to clients in Jordan and across the region. Today, the firm employs approximately 400 professionals.
Following its integration into KPMG Middle East in 2024 – which formed a regional powerhouse spanning six countries – the Jordan practice has outlined ambitious growth plans, including expanding its workforce to around 1,000 people.
Supporting these plans is the forthcoming relocation to a larger headquarters in Amman. That process has now commenced with the signing of a landmark lease agreement with Al Husseini Group, a leading real estate developer in the Kingdom.
“This is a proud milestone for KPMG in Jordan and the wider region,” said Hatem Kawasmy, Regional Managing Partner for Jordan. “The new headquarters reflects our commitment to creating an inspiring environment where our people can thrive, innovate and deliver exceptional value. It represents a significant step in strengthening our local presence and enhancing our ability to serve clients across the region.”
In a statement, KPMG said the new office space will provide a modern environment designed to foster innovation, collaboration and professional development. It will also support the firm in meeting the evolving needs of its clients and create meaningful opportunities for Jordan’s young professionals in the services sector.
Details regarding the inauguration date of the new headquarters have not yet been disclosed.
Hussein Al Husseini, CEO of Al Husseini Group, said: “We are proud to partner with KPMG on this landmark project. This agreement reflects our shared commitment to excellence, quality and long-term growth. We look forward to supporting KPMG’s continued expansion and contributing to a dynamic, world-class business environment in Jordan.”
