Teamwill appoints Hakim Mzoudi as Chief Growth Officer

Teamwill, an international IT consultancy headquartered in Paris, has appointed Dubai-based Hakim Mzoudi as its new Chief Growth Officer.

In his new role, Hakim Mzoudi will lead the company’s growth and business development agenda, focusing expanding its footprint, entry into new markets, and driving enterprise partnerships.

Founded around twenty years ago, Teamwill specializes in the credit management and financing domain. The firm supports banks, specialized finance companies, and automotive captives with the transformation of their credit and specialized financing activities, from operating model design through to recovery, risk management, regulatory compliances and accounting.

Teamwill has a team of 900 consultants working from offices in 11 countries across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

“I’m excited to join Teamwill as Chief Growth Officer at a defining moment for both technology services and financial services. The market is shifting toward deep specialization, with AI acting as a magnifying force. Organizations want partners who truly understand their business. Meanwhile, the usage economy is fundamentally reshaping financial services,” said Mzoudi.

“What drew me to Teamwill is its unique position at the convergence of these two shifts. This team has built solid domain expertise, an asset-based value proposition, and strong partnerships to deliver the outcomes that matter to clients. I look forward to working with this talented team and our trusted partners to help clients build their future success.”

Prior to joining the consulting firm, Mzoudi held executive roles at global organisations including EDS and HPE. Most recently at Capgemini, based out of Dubai, he served as Head of Business Development for the Middle East and as Vice President for Strategic Sales in Asia-Pacific.

“I am pleased to welcome Hakim to Teamwill. His outstanding track record in leading business growth, combined with his deep understanding of the Financial Services market, will be invaluable as we pursue our growth ambition and accelerate our 2030 vision,” said Anis Chenchah, Global CEO of Teamwill.
