Simon-Kucher appoints Sinan Kalafatoglu as partner in Consumer practice
Simon-Kucher, a leading commercial growth and pricing consultancy, has appointed Sinan Kalafatoglu as a partner in its Istanbul office.
A member of the Consumer practice, Sinan Kalafatoglu advises CEOs, founders, and boards on designing and executing end-to-end commercial growth programs that translate into measurable revenue and EBIT impact. He specializes in pricing and revenue growth management, go-to-market acceleration, omnichannel monetization, and sales excellence transformation.
Now in his ninth year with Simon-Kucher, Kalafatoglu also has deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions, supporting investors and corporates across the full deal lifecycle, from investment thesis validation and commercial due diligence to value creation planning and post-merger integration.
Throughout his 12-year career in management consulting, Kalafatoglu has worked across consumer industries including fast-moving consumer goods, food & beverage, retail, durables, fashion, travel, leisure, and hospitality, with project experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Kalafatoglu is one of six new partners in the Consumer practice announced this week, alongside Camille von Rosenschild, Fabian Klöble, Mark Helder, Alexander Frank, and Hubert Paul.
