Trivandi strengthens leadership team in Saudi Arabia
Trivandi, an advisory firm specialising in the delivery of major sports and entertainment events, has announced a significant expansion of its leadership team in Saudi Arabia.
Spearheading the firm’s senior hiring spree are Nick Randall, who joins as Managing Director for KSA, and Neal Beevers, who joins as Executive Director to lead the company’s Advisory practice. They are flanked by Ammar Alzayer, who has been appointed as Academy Director, and Mohammed Siddiqui, who joins as Strategy and Commercial Director.

Founded in 2013 in the United Kingdom, Trivandi has grown to more than 100 specialists across offices in London, Dubai, Riyadh, Los Angeles and Brisbane. To support the delivery of its projects, the firm can leverage a network of more than 3,500 independent associates around the world.
Trivandi landed its first project in the Middle East in 2019 and has since then grown into one of the region’s leading sports consultancies. Its track record in the Middle East includes serving as the Official Event Delivery Partner of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and Expo 2020 Dubai, and projects spanning Qiddiya, Diriyah, Sports Boulevard, Expo 2030, Tourise, and the Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

Meet the new hires
Nick Randall has over 20 years of experience in the sports and events industry. A specialist in the delivery of multi-sports events, he has worked across numerous Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup. He brings a proven track record of scaling delivery organisations and leading large teams through complex global expansions.
Based in Riyadh, Randall leads Trivandi’s direction, operations and team in the Saudi market.
Neal Beevers has 25 years of consulting experience, including over a decade of dedicated work within Saudi Arabia on projects including Qiddiya, the Saudi Ministry of Sports, Royal Commission for Al-Ula, and the Saudi General Investment Authority.
As the lead of Trivandi’s Global Advisory practice, he focuses on advisory and execution – ensuring that strategic plans are rooted in the realities of construction and operation.
Ammar Alzayer leads the Trivandi Academy, the firm’s professional development and training arm. He will lead the growth of the Academy and its delivery, ensuring that its training programmes equip the next generation of Saudi professionals in the major events landscape.
Mohammed Siddiqui brings to Trivandi specialised experience from the region’s largest projects, including the FIFA World Cup 2022, FIFA World Cup 2034 and NEOM Sport, In his role, he helps ensure major events and venues are commercially robust and sustainable, bridging the gap between high-level commercial strategy and operational reality.
