Crestview Strategy welcomes Cameron McNeill to Dubai team as Special Advisor
Crestview Strategy, an international communications and public affairs consultancy, has welcomed Cameron McNeill to its Dubai team as Special Advisor.
A former advisor to NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen and Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Cameron McNeill brings extensive expertise in communications including speechwriting and ghostwriting), as well as broader leadership positioning.
Beyond his work with senior government figures, McNeill has also worked with a geopolitical advisory firm in Brussels, where he provided strategic communications counsel to companies across sectors including defence, space, and critical infrastructure. His time in Brussels has also given him a strong footprint in Europe’s political capital.
At Crestview Strategy, McNeill will draw on this experience to advise corporate and government leaders, as well as the firm’s internal engagement teams, on foreign policy and strategic communications.
“At a time of heightened geopolitical volatility in the Middle East, corporate and government leaders are facing growing scrutiny from both internal and external stakeholders, and navigating an increasingly complex, uncertain, and fast-changing landscape,” said Alexander Wegner, Head of Middle East at Crestview Strategy.
“Cameron strengthens our capabilities in leadership advisory and executive positioning. With him on board, we are even better positioned to counsel senior leaders and their organizations through high-stakes situations across the Gulf and beyond.”
McNeill becomes the second member of Crestview Strategy’s Advisory Board in the Middle East, alongside Kees Hoving, the former Middle East and Africa CEO of Deutsche Bank.
Headquartered in Canada, Crestview Strategy has a team of around 130 professionals working across offices in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the UAE.
