Accenture leader Jerome Challandard joins Blue Bridge Group AI

Jerome Challandard, a senior partner at Accenture, has joined Blue Bridge Group AI as its Chief Business Officer.

Based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Frenchman will draw on his 20+ years of experience in management consulting to help Blue Bridge Group AI expand its presence in the AI implementation and services market.

Founded in 2024, Blue Bridge Group AI is an AI-native system integrator that helps organizations deploy AI agents, AI assistants and generative AI within their processes, workflows and systems. The Paris-headquartered company is backed by investors.

During his two decades at Accenture, Challandard helped organizations around the world transform operations through shared services, enterprise resource planning, outsourcing, offshoring, and large-scale operating model redesign. He held several leadership roles during his tenure, including serving as Practice Lead for Food, Agribusiness, and Pharma.
