Martello grows Middle East team with the addition of Ashutosh Kumar

Martello, an international firm specialising in forensic advisory and dispute resolution, has appointed Ashutosh Kumar as a Director in its UAE office.

Based in Dubai, Ashutosh Kumar brings over 15 years of experience in construction planning and delay analysis in international arbitrations. He specialises in the forensic analysis of delay and disruption on complex infrastructure and construction projects. He has extensive experience in international arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, DIAC, and SCCA rules.

His career spans both hands-on construction delivery and expert witness roles. Prior to focusing on delay analysis, Kumar spent six years working on-site with contractors, followed by senior planning and consultancy roles.

Over the course of his career, he has worked on major projects across multiple regions, covering sectors such as airports, rail, power, water, energy, data centres, hospitality, and large-scale residential and infrastructure developments.
