TransVare appoints Indigo Computer Consultancy as UAE alliance partner

TransVare, a provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, has appointed Abu Dhabi-headquartered Indigo Computer Consultancy as an alliance partner for the UAE market.

Operating out of Abu Dhabi since 2013, Indigo Computer Consultancy provides enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware sales and cloud-native cybersecurity solutions such as CrowdStrike.

Through the alliance, Indigo Computer Consultancy will expand its portfolio to include governance, risk and compliance (GRC) services, offering and implementing TransVare’s suite of solutions for enterprise clients.

TransVare provides an integrated suite of solutions covering the full GRC landscape, with a focus on organisations operating in regulated industries. Its federated GRC platforms address key areas of the discipline, including Internal Audit Management (AuditVare), Enterprise Risk Management (ERMVare), Governance Management (GovernanceVare), Incident Management (InciVare), Compliance Management (ComplianceVare) and Cyber Security Risk Management (CyberVare).

According to a statement issued by both companies, the alliance pairs TransVare’s specialist GRC platforms with Indigo Computer Consultancy’s established presence and delivery capability in the UAE, enabling them to help enterprise clients meet rising regulatory demands through a single, integrated platform.

Professionalising GRC landscapes

The collaboration comes at a time of heightened demand for GRC services and solutions, as UAE-based organisations navigate an increasingly structured regulatory environment.

The federal Personal Data Protection Law, together with sector-specific requirements from regulators such as the Central Bank of the UAE and the data-protection regimes of financial free zones including the DIFC and ADGM, has raised expectations for how enterprises govern data, manage risk and evidence compliance. As a result, businesses in regulated industries are increasingly seeking integrated platforms that replace fragmented, manual processes with a unified view of governance and risk.

Earlier this month, TransVare also announced two new alliance partners in Asia: SuperNova Solutions and FAMCO Associates.
