LOGIC Consulting appoints Adel Al-Ahmadi as Managing Partner of Riyadh office

LOGIC Consulting has appointed Adel Al-Ahmadi as Senior Partner and Managing Partner of its Riyadh office.

Established in 1998, LOGIC Consulting is an award-winning regional management consulting firm with offices in Egypt (headquarters) and four in the Gulf region.

The arrival of Al-Ahmadi strengthens the firm’s senior leadership team – he brings over 32 years of experience in strategy execution, performance management, and public-sector transformation.

Throughout his career, Al-Ahmadi has advised public and private organizations on strategy, KPI design, and execution frameworks, aligned with national performance standards and Saudi Vision 2030.

His career includes senior advisory and executive roles at the National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa), where he contributed to establishing performance measurement methodologies and capability-building initiatives across public entities. He also spent over two decades at Saudi Aramco in multiple leadership positions, including leading Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Awareness work across industrial and non-industrial sectors.

A certified consultant, Al-Ahmadi will oversee LOGIC Consulting’s operation in Riyadh, as well as lead strategy and performance governance advisory services to clients across the kingdom.

Adel Al-Ahmadi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computing from The Open University and is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and ATD Master Trainer.

Alongside Riyadh, LOGIC Consulting also has a second Saudi office in Jeddah. Its other Gulf offices are based in Manama (Bahrain) and Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
