Devoteam launches Emerging Leaders Program with IMD for Saudi high-potentials
Devoteam’s Saudi business has launched the Emerging Leaders Program in partnership with IMD, a renowned business school based in Switzerland.
The new learning and development initiative is designed to fast-track a select group of high-potential Saudi talent at Devoteam, preparing them for future leadership roles.
“At Devoteam, we believe in nurturing local talent and providing world-class opportunities for growth,” said Osama Ghoul, Executive Vice President & Managing Partner at Devoteam. “By combining IMD’s world-class expertise in learning and development with our commitment to Vision 2030, we are preparing our future leaders to help shape the Kingdom’s digital landscape.”
The Emerging Leaders Program aims to prepare participants to “shape and lead the digital and tech landscape in Saudi Arabia,” in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The program covers four broad areas: digital strategy, digital excellence, innovation, and digital transformation. IMD will provide its expertise, practical frameworks, and learning excellence, while Devoteam will support participants through sponsorship and mentorship.
Inaugural class
Among the high-potential employees selected for the program’s inaugural class are Saleh Alsagoor and Shog Alomair, both are Senior Strategy & Transformation Consultants at Devoteam.
Commenting on her selection, Alomair described the IMD program as an opportunity to gain new perspectives and tools to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 ambitions. Alsagoor, meanwhile, described his selection as a step toward becoming a leader in digital transformation and creating long-term value.
In the Middle East, Devoteam has over 500 consultants and staff, serving clients from offices in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Turkey. The firm is minority owned by Saudi giant Solutions by STC.
