Azizi Developments recognizes MPM Properties with two real estate awards
Azizi Developments, one of Dubai’s leading real estate developers, has handed out two awards to MPM Properties, a real estate consultancy operating across the UAE.
Founded in 2007, Azizi Developments is a privately held developer of residential and mixed-use properties, primarily in Dubai. The company’s portfolio also includes large master-planned communities and landmark projects.
Its better-known developments include Azizi Riviera in Meydan, Azizi Venice in Dubai South, and Burj Azizi on Sheikh Zayed Road. The company has since its inception delivered over 45,000 homes and currently has around 150,000 units in its development pipeline.
In its latest awards ceremony, MPM Properties has been recognized with the ‘Ramadan Elite Broker Award’ and the ‘Channel Partnership Award’.
The Ramadan Elite Broker Award recognizes real estate partners for strong sales performance and contribution to the projects of Azizi Developments. The Channel Partnership Award is a broader recognition that recognizes partners that perform strongly in selling properties from Azizi Developments and maintaining a successful partnership with the developer.
Commenting on its double win, MPM Properties stated: “These recognitions reflect the strength of our shared vision, the effectiveness of our joint efforts, and our continued commitment to excellence, performance, and long-term value creation within the real estate sector.”
Last year, MPM Properties was named among the top real estate consulting firms in the Middle East. The company, which is part of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, has a team of around 150 professionals.
