Deloitte and Oman Tax Authority to co-host Tax Conference 2026
Deloitte and the Oman Tax Authority are teaming up to co-host the Oman Tax Conference 2026, which will take place on September 15 in Muscat.
The event will bring together business leaders, large taxpayers and key stakeholders to shed light on the latest trends, regulatory developments, emerging priorities, and practical considerations shaping Oman’s tax landscape. Key topics on the agenda include personal income tax, e-invoicing, artificial intelligence in tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing.
Abdul Aziz Al Rawahi, Director General of the Tax Compliance Directorate at the Oman Tax Authority said: “This conference marks an important milestone in the continued development of Oman’s tax system and reflects the Tax Authority’s commitment to strengthening collaboration with all stakeholders.”
“By bringing together representatives from the public and private sectors, the conference will provide a valuable platform to exchange perspectives, discuss key tax developments, and support transparency, voluntary compliance, and the continued evolution of Oman’s tax landscape in line with Oman Vision 2040.”
For Deloitte, the event reinforces its continued investment in expanding its tax presence in Oman, supporting clients with technical expertise and market insight across compliance, governance, and strategic planning.

By bringing together policymakers and the business community, the conference will provide practical insight into regulatory developments while helping organizations navigate change with confidence.”
