About the analysis
The list is based on the responses of students and graduates that have either recently graduated or are close to graduating (final stages of their bachelor or master degree). Respondents were asked to identify their favourite employers to start their career, and consulting firms with a mention in the overall top 100 companies to work for were included in the list.
The survey was conducted by Universum and analysed in partnership with Consultancy.org. Subsidiaries of consulting firms are included in company results, so mentions for Monitor Deloitte and Deloitte Digital are part of the Deloitte ranking, similarly EY-Parthenon for EY, Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) for PwC, and KPMG Strategy for KPMG.
Consulting firms that received mentions but are not featured in the final list include Kearney (formerly A.T. Kearney), Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Booz Allen, Arthur D. Little and Alvarez & Marsal.
