A solution developed by consultancy RightFoot has made its debut on Microsoft’s marketplaces for business solutions.

Launched last year, the MOHR solution is a tool that helps organisations automate and streamline a number of operational HR processes, including accounting and payroll processing. The solution also enables HR leaders to enhance the efficiency of workflows depending on business needs, while ensuring compliance with the legislative labour law requirements of Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Somaya El Sherbini, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RightFoot, on the solution: “Our MOHR HR operations solution addresses the needs of the different audiences in any business: employees, managers, and HR teams. The solution comes with a pre-built set of workflows to help streamline operational needs as and when they happen.”

Built on the latest Microsoft-backed technology in the market, “MOHR offers employee self-service functionalities and features intelligent dashboards for managers to address their team’s needs,” said El Sherbini, and additionally, “MOHR’s fascial recognition functionality helps offset the impact of Covid-19 by offering remote working options for businesses requiring logging time, with no hardware requirements.”

Over the past nine months, a number of businesses have adopted MOHR within their HR operations. “It has helped them improve operational efficiency, with one client even reaping a 2.5x return on investment in the first year.”

For Microsoft, this was reason to admit the solution into its Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace networks. Microsoft AppSource is an online cloud marketplace that provides solutions for business running on Microsoft technologies, while Microsoft Azure Marketplace is the company’s online store for cloud applications and services that can be used on the Azure.

Toby Bowers, General Manager, Business Applications Group at Microsoft said, “We’re happy to welcome RightFoot’s MOHR solution, a partner application which will help our customers meet their needs faster.”

El Sherbini, who co-founded the boutique Egyptian human resources consultancy in 2017 following a 17-year career at Microsoft, remarked: “Usage of smart technologies that ensure business continuity are a key priority more than ever before, because the changes caused by the Covid-19 pandemic will change the way we work forever.”

“Being part of Microsoft’s platforms means that we can extend our ability to reach to Microsoft’s customers and deliver on our mission to help businesses transform, while focusing on their core asset – their people.”
