Korn Ferry partner Nic Cutts joins Russell Reynolds in Dubai
Nic Cutts, a six-year senior partner of Korn Ferry in Dubai, has joined rival executive search and human capital advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates.
“We are delighted to welcome Nic to our team. He brings a vast array of insight and techniques in business psychology from which our clients will benefit. Growth in leadership and adapting skills for a new role are vital elements for all our clients, and Nic's experience will truly enhance our offering as a company,” said Anthony Abbatiello, a leader at Russell Reynolds Associates.
Appointed an Executive Director in Dubai, Cutts has been tasked with expanding Russell Reynolds Associates’ footprint in the executive assessment / development and leadership succession segment. While his focus will primarily be on the Middle East region, he will also consult across the firm’s global practice. Cutts spent the past 10 years of his career in the Middle East working with C-level executives and teams on advisory, assessment and talent management engagements. Prior to Korn Ferry, he led the consulting practices of Knowledge Group and PSI in the Middle East, focusing on organisational psychology consulting, strategic talent management, executive assessment, competency framework design and more.
Nic Cutts holds a Bachelor in psychology from the University of Greenwich and a Master in occupational psychology from London Metropolitan University. He is also a Chartered Psychologist and certified executive coach.
The high-profile hire comes one month after Russell Reynolds Associates appointed Matthew Lewis as the new leader of its Dubai office. He succeeded former McKinsey & Company partner Stephan Schönwälder.
