Bruno Wehbe joins Booz Allen's MENA real estate practice
Bruno Wehbe has joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Vice President within its Real Estate & Investments practice in the Middle East and North Africa.
“I am excited to be back with Booz Allen and look forward to being a part of this stellar team of professionals, working within the vibrant real estate industry across the region,” he said on his return.
Wehbe previously served Booz Allen Hamilton for over a decade, having joined the global management consulting firm after graduating from graduating from LSE in London in 2007. During his tenure at the firm, he gained his MBA at INSEAD and grew the ranks to Principal, focused on real estate strategy, asset and investment management and corporate development services for property developers and investment groups in the region.
Over the past two years, Wehbe was Chief Portfolio and Strategy Officer at Arabian Centres (Saudi Arabia's largest developer and operator of lifestyle centres), where he managed 1.3 million square metres of properties worth more than $4 billion. In the role, he co-led the company’s initial public offering in 2019, one of the kingdom’s largest listings of the past decade.
Appointed a Vice President, Wehbe will support Booz Allen Hamilton’s offerings to real estate developers and operators, spanning strategy, business planning, capital projects, asset management, analytics and digital, and real estate initial public offerings. He also supports the firm’s mega-project proposition – a multidisciplinary service that helps governments with building future-proof cities and hubs.
Commenting on the appointment, Souheil Moukaddem, Booz Allen Hamilton’s Managing Director in MENA, said: “Wehbe brings with him a wealth of experience in the real estate sector and will support our clients with high-impact solutions as they navigate a dynamic environment.”
With a heritage of more than six decades in the Middle East and offices in Abu Dhabi, Beirut, Cairo, Doha, and Dubai, Booz Allen Hamilton is one of the region’s leading management consultancies. The firm was founded in 1914 in the US, and works for both public sector as well as private sector clients. In 2008 Booz Allen spun-off Booz & Company, which is now Strategy& (part of PwC).
