Morsi Berguiga and Ravi Sinha join KPMG Advisory's leadership

KPMG’s Lower Gulf business has announced two high-profile hires in its Advisory division. 

Morsi Berguiga joined KPMG from Arthur D. Little – the world’s oldest management consulting firm on record – where he was an Associate Director in its Dubai office, leading the regional Travel & Transportation practice. 

Before moving to Dubai in 2014, Berguiga was a Director in the Secretary General for Investment of France and responsible for the digital economy stimulus program under the Prime Minister’s Office. The Frenchman started his career at BearingPoint in France. 

Berguiga is a partner in KPMG’s Advisory team and sector lead for transportation and telecommunications. He specialises in corporate strategy, technology and innovation management, digital transformation, operations and sectorial regulation.

Ravi Sinha has been appointed a partner in KPMG’s Advisory Transaction Services practice. He brings over a decade of management consulting experience to the role, having previously served Big Four firms Deloitte and EY in the UK. Most recently, Sinha was a Director at EY-Parthenon, EY’s strategic consultancy and deals subsidiary.

At KPMG, Abu Dhabi-based Sinha leads the M&A Integration & Separations Advisory Service for KPMG Middle East. His track record includes leading numerous large M&A deals around the world, delivering both sell-side and buy-side mandates for corporate and private equity clients. His industry focus is on transactions in the consumer, life sciences, retail, telecoms and technology sectors. 

Nader Haffar, Chairman and CEO of KPMG Lower Gulf said that he is delighted that the consulting firm has been able to attract “top talent” such as Berguiga and Sinha. 

In the Lower Gulf, KPMG Advisory is led by Farhan Syed, who also oversees the practice for the Middle East and South Asia region. The division houses the firm’s Management Consulting, Risk Consulting, and Deal Advisory service lines.
