INDEVCO’s Maya Khalifeh win customer experience excellence award

INDEVCO Consultancy has seen one of its senior advisors and trainers – Maya Khalifeh – win a prestigious regional award for excellence in customer experience. 

Maya Khalifeh has been with INDEVCO – a Lebanon-headquartered manufacturing and industrial group servings clients internationally – for over fifteen years. Having served as a Customer Experience Manager, she recently transitioned to the company’s advisory arm INDEVCO Consultancy to drive new business, and advise clients on one of her specialisms – how they can build a winning customer experience. 

Within a year of her internal move, Khalifeh has now been recognised for the impact she had made at clients at the Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2020, held last night at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai. Named a winner in the ‘CX Professional of the Year’ category, Khalifeh was lauded for her knowledge in the field, and the results she has delivered both internally with INDEVCO as well as externally with clients.

Commenting on the prize, Khalifeh said: “I am delighted to be the winner of this category,” quickly adding that the recognition is one for the full team at INDEVCO Consultancy. Based in Ajaltoun, INDEVCO Consultancy has a heritage of over six decades helping clients with among others customer experience, in mainly manufacturing-oriented sectors. 

“It is a much-deserved reward and a recognition of the efforts and improvements we’ve made in customer experience. Gaining a greater appreciation for how INDEVCO Consultancy is creating easier, more meaningful experiences for our customers is so valuable for us.” 

Other finalists in the ‘CX Professional of the Year’ category were company members of Capita and Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone. 

The Gulf Customer Experience Awards event was attended by some 200 customer experience professionals. Alongside celebrating award winners, they shared experiences, best practices, trends and innovative ideas in the world of customer experience.
