Diana Skrzypkowska joins Deloitte Consulting in Abu Dhabi

After more than seven years with Accenture, Diana Skrzypkowska has joined Deloitte in Abu Dhabi.

Breaking the news on her LinkedIn profile, Skrzypkowska said she is honoured to have joined Deloitte’s Enterprise Technology and Performance team in the Middle East. A global practice, this team helps clients leverage the power of technology to enhance their operations, across front office and back office functions. 

Skrzypkowska over a decade of experience at the intersection of business and technology to the firm, with a focus on digital finance transformation. “I focus on delivering value for clients by leveraging digital initiatives or technology and providing insight and services that accelerate analytics, decision-making and innovation to build a stronger and more efficient finance function,” she explained.

During her seven years at Accenture, she worked on several major finance transformation programs, all underpinned by a strong technology component. One of her most recent engagements was helping an oil & gas major in the region with the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana.

Other projects she worked in include: the setup of a new cross-border shared services center, helping a client digitise the finance function, implementing an ERP system for finance & accounting, and helping a client design and implement a new target operation model for its financial workstreams. Off late, robotic process automation and intelligent automation has been an area of keen interest. 

Earlier in her career, Skrzypkowska spent around three years at Schneider Electric, where she worked in the company’s finance function. She holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Warsaw School of Economics.

Deloitte’s Abu Dhabi office is based in Al Sila Tower at Abu Dhabi Global Market Square.
