Medallia names New Metrics a consulting partner for Saudi market

International software provider Medallia has named New Metrics a consulting partner for the Saudi market.

Founded in 2002 in the United States, Medallia is a provider of a SaaS platform that helps organisations with optimising and digitising their customer and employee experience workflows.

A leader in the segment according to analyst house Garner, Medallia has now launched an on-site cloud operation in Saudi Arabia. By offering its platform on servers based in the Kingdom, Medallia offers its domestic clients with “a fully compliant cloud technology solution that can be tailored to the specific needs of Saudi organisations,” said a spokesperson of the San Francisco-headquartered company.

In helping clients migrate to the Saudi setup (or new clients with implementing the solution hosted on the local servers), Medallia is working in tandem with consultants from New Metrics, an experience management consultancy with two offices in the Middle East (Dubai and Oman).

New Metrics will leverage its extensive experience in customer, employee, brand and product experience to help organisations design and tailor Medallia’s products, and put its consulting skills to work to support the implementation process including ensuring that new ways of working are embedded within the organisation.
