Kearney promotes four to partner in the Middle East
Global strategic consulting firm Kearney has promoted four of its company members in the Middle East into its partnership.
The quartet of new partners have been admitted into Kearney’s partnership following a strong year for the consulting firm, with Global Managing Partner Alex Liu late last year unveiling in an interview with AFR that the firm has achieved another solid year of growth, despite the continued disruption caused by the pandemic.
Across its 60+ offices in over 40 countries, Kearney (formerly A.T. Kearney) promoted dozens of individuals to the leadership positions of partner and expert partner (a new role which launched in November last year), including Andrea Lugini, Christian Gasparic, Piyush Dubey and Susheel Sethumadhavan in the Middle East.

Has been with Kearney since: 2009 (relocated to Dubai from Rome in 2012)

Christian Gasparic
Has been with Kearney since: 2006 (including eight years with Kearney in Germany)
Areas of focus: Transportation, Travel and Infrastructure
Piyush Dubey
Has been with Kearney since: 2012 (made an office transfer from Kearney’s New York office in 2017)
Areas of focus: Financial Services, Insurance
Susheel Sethumadhavan
Has been with Kearney since: 2008 (relocated from Kearney’s Chicago office to Dubai in 2017)
Areas of focus: Strategic Operations, Advanced Analytics

In the same new year promotion round, Kearney also promoted eight members to principal.
