Swiss border control specialist Travizory Border Security has selected Dubai and Beirut based consultancy HEED to support a government-oriented sales transformation program.

Founded in 2019, Travizory Border Security is a company that provides technologies and software for security border processes.

The Neuchâtel-based firm, launched by former senior executives from across the air transport industry, brings together a range of emerging technologies including biometrics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, to facilitate seamless and secure border-crossing experiences for governments and travellers.

Travizory’s solution allows countries to obtain passenger details, biographic and biometric information, and itineraries, so that airports and border officials can validate entry requirements. In addition, its ‘biometric passport’ stores health information, with its solution also used to integrate healthcare details such as Covid-19 test results into the screening process for traveller entry.

Having landed a $2 million funding round (led by Germany-based Atlantic Labs, which previously invested in the likes of GetYourGuide and Omio in the travel industry) less than two year ago, Travizory has been scaling up, and today the company has offices in more than 5 countries and clients across the globe.

Commercial Excellence program

As Travizory aims for further growth, the firm is seeking to professionalise its commercial dealings with government clients, from the first point of contact (prospects) through to end-to-end relationship management (clients). Working together with HEED, Travizory will re-design and optimise its client-centric processes, accompanied by a change management transition to embed the new ways of working.

“We are excited to be working with HEED, a leading sales management and commercial excellence consultancy,” said Ygor Lutz, Chief Revenue Officer at Travizory. “They will help us enhance our client experience throughout the decision-making process and create a platform and an operating system for our sales and marketing team to benefit from.”

Commenting on the project, Mazen Farah, Managing Partner at HEED, said: “We consider this a strategic engagement for HEED, and we are committed to putting our best capabilities and experience to ensure a successful engagement.”

In delivering its expertise, HEED will leverage its decade-plus track record in commercial excellence consulting. Founder Farah meanwhile is also the founder of the Science of Sales Institute, a professional body committed to developing sales capabilities in the region.
