Dubai-based agency Bruce Clay joins global player Incubeta
Dubai-based digital marketing agency Bruce Clay has joined Incubeta, a global player with over 700 professionals across close to 20 offices.
The deal sees Bruce Clay Middle East’s business and 45-strong team (based in Barsha Heights) integrate into Incubeta, joining forces with Incubeta’s existing team in Dubai (Silver Tower Office).
Bruce Clay’s other offices in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Sydney, Singapore, and New Delhi are not part of the transaction.
Since its founding in 2015, Bruce Clay Middle East’s business has built a client roster including the likes of McDonalds, Johnson & Johnson, Zoflora and Canon. The firm supports its clients with a range of marketing (creative, web design, content development), online (SEO and PPC), and social media services.
Commenting on the deal, Incubeta’s fourth in 12 months, CEO Lars Lehne said: “This acquisition fits squarely with our ongoing strategy of acquiring companies that complement our core business growth. Having Bruce Clay join the Incubeta family opens up an endless avenue of opportunity for us in the services we can provide, the work that we can do, and the culture that we continue to build.”
Meanwhile, for Bruce Clay’s regional business, the deal will enable the firm to tap into the wider capabilities and global network of Incubeta. “We’re entering a new era through this move,” said Gaurav Aidasani and Bruce Clay, co-founders Bruce Clay in the Middle East.
Neal Patel, Managing Director of Bruce Clay, added: “These are truly exciting times for our team, as through the Incubeta brand we will infuse deep performance marketing knowledge and experience into our team and agency offering – unlike anything there currently is in the region.”
