Strategic Gears welcomes two partners to Riyadh leadership team

Strategic Gears has appointed two new partners in its Riyadh office, with Rabih Elsayegh joining as a partner and Farhan Ahmad Khan as an associate partner.

Rabih Elsayegh has 24 years of experience as a management consultant and business executive. He previously held senior positions at EY and Andersen and was recently the advisor to the Managing Director and CEO of Saudi Binladin Group.

With extensive experience in general management and a thorough understanding of business functions, Elsayegh’s track record includes successfully leading complex change initiatives from planning through to execution.

Elsayegh’s areas of expertise include: general management, strategy development and execution, change management, performance management, financial modelling and decision support, cost management, start-ups, technology management, project and program management and business coaching.

Farhan Ahmad Khan has over 23 years of experience across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America and Oceania, having served a diverse set of organisations (Fortune 500 groups, family businesses, trade companies and start-ups).

Khan has been part of Strategic Gears’ network for a few months and has consulted several known companies in Saudi Arabia including Goody, AlWazir Oil, and Hazen.

He has a proven track record in business transformation, business growth, turnaround and business diversification, with specialisations in business strategy, brand strategy development, profit & loss management, brand purpose development and deployment, innovation design and delivery, gross margin improvement, process development, and capacity optimisation.

Both become a partner in the firm’s Riyadh office, which serves as the headquarter of the 120-strong consultancy, with further offices in the United Kingdom (London) and Egypt (Cairo). In Saudi Arabia, Strategic Gears is heavily involved in the country’s Vision 2030 agenda, working across a broad range of Vision Realisation programs.

Across its footprint, the firm offers consulting services in the areas of strategy, marketing, operations, organisational excellence and digital.
