Prior to joining KPMG, Haddad spent most of his career building the business of a successful consulting team within a large, international strategy consultancy. He has worked with consulting organisations at both growing and mature stages in multiple regions.

His track record includes advising a variety of public and private sector entities on growth strategies, national visions, economic plans, public-private partnerships, turnaround and restructuring, governance and operating models.

Nader Haffar, Chairman of KPMG Middle East and South Asia, and Chairman and CEO of KPMG Lower Gulf said, “I am pleased to have Chucrallah join the executive committee and take on the leadership of the Advisory practice. His experience and knowledge inspire confidence and trust and he has proven himself an influential, innovative and decisive leader. I am confident that he will lead the practice with professionalism and integrity.”

In his new role, Haddad leads KPMG’s four main business lines with Advisory: Management Consulting (including strategy, operations, organisation and people), Risk Consulting (including risk, compliance, governance and forensic), Deal Advisory (including corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and public offerings), and Technology Consulting (including data, cyber, cloud and systems integration).

KPMG Advisory ranks as a leader across the large majority of the service offerings it provides, according to ConsultancyME’s inaugural benchmark of top consulting firms in the Middle East. Haddad has been tasked with “building on the strong foundations laid over the last years” and “delivering the firm’s future-focused growth and transformation ambition.”

Haddad remarked, “KPMG Lower Gulf has been going through a remarkable transformation and growth journey. Our success story stems from the quality of our people and the work we do in serving our clients. Advisory is at the heart of this successful journey, and I look forward to working with my fellow partners to bring innovative technologies and processes that translate insight into actions and opportunities for our clients.”

Chucrallah Haddad holds a master’s degree in Business Economics from Haute Ecole de Commerce in Paris, and a bachelor’s degree in telecommunication engineering from École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Beyrouth in Lebanon.
