Alliott Global Alliance welcomes firms in Saudi Arabia and Egypt

Alliott Global Alliance has over the past months expanded its presence in the Middle East and North Africa with two new member firms.

The additions of Abdullah Al Hudaithi (Saudi Arabia) and EO GROUP Accountants & Consultants (Egypt) come during a period of strong growth for Alliott Global Alliance. Following back-to-back years of market-leading growth, the international alliance of accounting, law, and advisory firms now has 200 members in 90 countries.

By 2024, Alliott Global Alliance (founded in 1979) wants to have a presence in 100 countries, with the expansion into Saudi Arabia and Egypt part of its growth drive in the Middle East.

Based in Riyadh, Abdullah Al Hudaithi offers audit, tax, zakat, assurance, consulting, and accounting services to clients in sectors that include banking, food and beverage, real estate, construction, and manufacturing. The firm was founded by ex-Big Four professionals and has a headcount of around 10.

Commenting on the affiliation, Abdullah Al Hudaithi, General Manager and company namesake, said: “By joining such an esteemed alliance, we now have access to additional professional services expertise in over 90 countries to assist our current and future clientele. Meanwhile, in the first quarter of this year, Alliott Global Alliance unveiled EO GROUP Accountants & Consultants as its partner in Egypt.

Formed in 1994, EO GROUP Accountants & Consultants has core expertise in accounting, audit, tax advice, financial consulting, HR outsourcing, advisory, IT and insurance brokerage. The firm’s sector specialisations cover growing areas of the local and international economy such as healthcare, technology & digital transformation, pharmaceuticals, and construction.

The Al Jizah based professional services firm has a team of around 15 staff.

In the Middle East and North Africa, Alliott Global Alliance currently has a presence in Afghanistan, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, the UAE, and Yemen. The group is targeting future expansion into Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.
