Incubeta appoints Victoria Webb and Neal Patel to new leadership roles
International marketing consultancy Incubeta has appointed two of its top leaders in the Middle East to new positions.
The appointments come hot on the heels of Incubeta’s acquisition of Bruce Clay’s Middle East operation, in a move which added a team of around 45 based in Dubai to its footprint.
The duo that orchestrated the deal at both sides of the table, Victoria Webb and Neal Patel, have now been installed in new positions, with the later succeeding the prior as MENA market lead.
Patel, who led Bruce Clay prior to the integration, takes over as the region’s leader. “By blending our creative and organic capabilities from Bruce Clay into Incubeta’s performance, tech and data services and products, we have a single agency capability set unlike any other in the region. That is exciting, not only for us, but also for clients in the region,” he said.
Webb meanwhile will transition the role of Regional Growth and Innovation Director, looking after regional expansion, key platform partner relationships (such as Google) and managing overall agency top line revenue growth.
“I look forward to stepping into my new role and bringing value to partners and clients through integrated digital solutions that will drive sustainable business growth,” said Webb, who will relocate from South Africa to Dubai to drive the ambitions. “I’m thrilled to be joining the Incubeta team in the UAE.”
According to Lars Lehne, Incubeta's Germany-based Global CEO, the change in management structure will enable the firm to “better execute on our growth strategy in the region.”
Across its 15+ offices worldwide, Incubeta has close to 800 consultants, marketers, designers, and technologists.
