AlixPartners promotes Samer Dada to partner & managing director
Global management consulting firm AlixPartners has promoted 21 company members to partner & managing director level worldwide, including one in the Middle East.
Based in Dubai, Samer Dada brings more than 20 years of consulting and advisory experience to the firm’s partnership.
Dada has been with AlixPartners for years, focused on engagements in the areas of financial transactions and mergers & acquisitions, growth strategies, and restructuring. He has led and delivered programs throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Dada works for clients across sectors, and has amassed industry expertise in the sectors such as media, communications, pharmaceuticals, technology, construction and real estate.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Dada was at WPP in the Middle East, as a director of strategic development and partnerships responsible for handling corporate development, participating in business development efforts, and leading strategic projects and partnerships.
Earlier in his career, Dada ran his own investment management and strategic advisory firm, and served Booz & Company (now Strategy&) for over eight years.
Samer Dada has an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. The Lebanese national obtained his Bachelor at the American University of Beirut
Elsewhere, AlixPartners effective the start of this year promoted six company members to partner & managing director in Europe, and fourteen in its home market of the United States.
