Opus Talent Analytics debuts on Microsoft Azure Marketplace
Egyptian human resources consultancy RightFoot has seen its Opus Talent Analytics solution make its debut on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
Bringing together its extensive experience in the human capital domain with data analytics capabilities, in 2021 RightFoot launched its Opus Talent Analytics platform. The platform helps organisations with redesigning and improving their employee experience – all with the help of data-driven insights.
“We believe people are the biggest differentiators and drivers of business success in any organization,” said Somaya El Sherbini, Co-Founder of RightFoot and Opus Talent Analytics. “With the power of analytics and visualisation, companies can take the maturity of their workplace and employee experience to the next level.”
Among the areas of work that Opus Talent Analytics supports are: measuring the effectiveness of HR strategy and key performance indicators, mapping competencies and skills across employees and function levels, skills and capability building, and end to end visibility on learning & development.
“Opus Talent Analytics is focused on providing AI-driven services and tools to help businesses transform people-related information into actionable and meaningful insight, identify skill gaps, and deliver effective HR practices and policies,” said El Sherbini.
Build on a database that integrates with key systems (such as ERP, HR systems, LMS, etc), organisations can turn their “typically scattered” internal and external workforce data into powerful talent intelligence, said El Sherbini.
Meanwhile, the tool is designed to provide tailored reporting to different stakeholders. “Utilizing the data visualization tools of Microsoft Power BI we enable leaders to drive better business decisions and get the most out of their teams.”
Having successfully come through the Microsoft for Startups program in Egypt, Opus Talent Analytics has now formally received a listing on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace – Microsoft’s online platform for buying and selling cloud solutions certified to run on Azure.
“We’ve been through so many milestones, from build to architecture optimization, to landing our first customers. It feels so good to hit the milestone of being live on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace,” remarked El Sherbini.
Welcoming the solution to the global marketplace, Jake Zborowski, General Manager of Microsoft Azure Platform, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Opus Talent Analytics, which gives them great exposure to Azure cloud customers around the globe. They are now part of our growing list of trusted partners with solutions tested to work seamlessly with Azure.”
The new comes hot on the heels of a major client-side recognition for Opus Talent Analytics. Last week, the firm bagged an award from Middle East HR, in the category ‘Best use of AI for HR Strategy’.
