BrazilHKA appoints Husam Gawish as Head of Operations for Saudi
HKA, a global consultancy in risk mitigation, dispute resolution, expert witness, and litigation support services, has relocated Doha-based partner Husam Gawish to the firm’s Riyadh office – strengthening its fast growing Saudi business.
Appointed Head of Operations for Saudi Arabia, Husam Gawish will lead the firm’s operations in the Kingdom, spanning responsibilities including new business development, client management and practice development.
In the role, he will work closely alongside Riyadh-based partners John McKevitt and Tim Whealy, forming a strong three-partner leadership team in the country.
Building on its decade-long track record in Saudi Arabia, HKA launched its Riyadh office last year, complementing its existing presence in Jeddah. The firm works mainly for clients active in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Gawish brings more than two decades of engineering, commercial, claims, project management and business development experience to the role. The Chartered Engineer has been with HKA for the past eight years, most recently as Head of Business Development for the MENA region.
