Monica Cernikova joins consulting wing of Heidrick & Struggles
Global human capital firm Heidrick & Struggles has strengthened its consulting team in Dubai with Monica Cernikova.
Appointed a principal in the firm’s Heidrick Consulting business, Cernikova will support clients in the region with leadership and human capital advisory services, as well as leadership & development and diversity & inclusion.
She joins the global firm from strategy giant Boston Consulting Group, where she spent over a decade. During this time, she worked on assignments across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, focusing on clients in the consumer, retail, and travel & tourism sectors.
Most recently, Cernikova completed a temporary assignment as interim global head of HR for BCG Gamma, where she also led the people topics agenda as part of the integration of BCG’s digital businesses into BCG X. In addition, Cernikova was a learning and development director for the office and was as a coach and trainer in various European BCG training programs, covering a variety of sessions for multiple cohorts including new joiners and managers.
In her client work, Cernikova specialises in people and organisation topics, especially leadership development, people strategy, change management, and organisation design. She also gained experience in commercial, strategic, and operations topics.
