Khoshhal most recently served as CEO of talent and workforce solutions company SAED, and before that, he was a senior partner at Korn Ferry. Earlier, he spent seven years at McKinsey & Company in Saudi Arabia and Elixir as a senior partner prior to the firm’s acquisition by the US consulting group.

His early career spanned roles at Procter & Gamble and Saudi Telecom.

Khoshhal currently is helping shape national transformation programs, and with the execution of cultural change projects across the public and private sectors. He also facilitates the leadership development journeys of top officials and executives.

Nabil Nassar meanwhile brings 20+ years of experience in business to the Kearney, with a successful track record of working in multicultural environments across multiple places in the world, from Riyadh and Beirut, to far away places such as São Paolo, Caracas, Singapore, and London.

Nassar joins Kearney from investment group Qiddiya, where he served as Head of Special Projects and was part of the Strategy team working on projects in sectors including entertainment, hospitality, and real estate. Notably, he led the special projects unit for Qiddiya’s team serving “one of the most ambitious projects in the world”.

Earlier in his career, Nassar founded and led his own consultancy firm, Lumen Hospitality Consultants, focused on proving strategic and operational support to investors, institutional clients and operators in the hospitality scene. He supported the launch of new hotels, the establishment of a large cultural center in Kuwait, and was part of the team that helped Beirut’s Riviera Beach Resort return to its former pre-war glory.

Commenting on the appointments, Abdulaziz Thahen, partner and Saudi Arabia Country Lead at Kearney, said: “Saudi Arabia is a key market for Kearney regionally. We aim to being the leading consulting firm in the country, and welcome Khedher and Nabil on board as we drive our ambition in support of the country’s Vision 2030 agenda.”
