Strategy& partner Frederic Ozeir joins Oliver Wyman
After close to two decades at Strategy&, Frederic Ozeir has taken on a new challenge, joining rival Oliver Wyman as a partner in its Saudi business.
At Oliver Wyman, Frederic Ozeir has been appointed a partner in the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources practice, at a time when the practice is facing heightened demand for its expertise.
Commenting on his cross from the one strategy consultancy to the other, he said: “I’m pleased to be joining Oliver Wyman. I will continue to support the remarkable transformation that the region is witnessing.”
Ozier specialises in corporate strategy development, mergers & acquisitions, and operating model design. He also has experience with business model innovation, energy transition, and the execution of major capital projects. His track record spans projects with clients in the Middle East, Europe, and beyond.
Having graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Saint-Joseph University in Beirut, Ozeir joined Strategy& (back then Booz & Company) as an associate. During his 19-year tenure at the firm, he grew the ranks to partner (appointed in 2017) and a leader within Strategy&’s Energy, Chemicals & Utilities practice in the Middle East.
Ozier also obtained a master’s degree in management from HEC Graduate School of Management in Paris.
According to recent research from Oliver Wyman’s Energy & Natural Resources practice, the Middle East must slash its CO2 emissions by 42% if it wants to meet 2030 targets. The study was conducted in conjunction with the World Government Summit.
