Knowledge Group Consulting launches digital learning platform eduZ
Abu Dhabi-based Knowledge Group Consulting has launched a new digital learning platform that helps organisations with upskilling their workforce.
Branded as ‘eduZ’, the digital learning platform supports organisations with constructing online learning programs for staff, through analysis of company goals and role-based challenges and objectives.
The curriculum spans programs and trainings across a wide range of topics, including strategy, economics, finance, sales & marketing, data science, sustainability, digital transformation, and even novel initiatives like the metaverse. Behavioural trainings focused on leadership development and management skills are also on offer.
According to a recent report from Boston Consulting Group, the Middle East faces a significant skills mismatch, with millions of workers not fully equipped to meet the demands of today’s environment. Meanwhile, a report released last month by the World Economic Forum warned that the rapid rise of artificial intelligence will accelerate the rate with which current skills become obsolete.
This is where eduZ comes in, says Ali Saeed bin Harmal Al Dhaheri, Chairman of Knowledge Group Consulting. “The future of education hinges on our ability to utilise technology to create customised and comprehensive learning experiences that enable organisations to remain up to date with today’s fast-paced changes.”
“eduZ provides companies with a platform and training solutions focused on current, emerging, and futuristic fields, accessible from anywhere, at any time,” added Ahmad Badr, CEO of Knowledge Group Consulting.
The roll-out of eduZ is flanked by consulting expertise from Knowledge Group Consulting, which means that organisations are guided in the setup of learning strategies and supported in the customization of upskilling journeys.
“We construct training solutions that are tailored to address the specific business needs based on thorough analysis of the company’s vision and mission statements as well as its training objectives before designing an interactive learning experience guaranteed to achieve optimal outcomes,” said Al Dhaheri, who also serves as the Chairman of Abu Dhabi University.
“The platform then builds online learning programs that empower people, teams and entire organization to stand out in today’s shifting landscape.”
Notably, a number of trainings in the curriculum are brainchilds of top-tier international business schools such as Columbia Business School, Wharton Business School, Stanford University, the Rotman School of Management, and IE Business School.
The platform also hosts a handful of training programmes that were developed in partnership with world-class education experts, including Marshall Goldsmith (an American executive coach), Martin Lindstrom (a Danish thought leader), Peter Fisk (a bestselling author), Mark Esposito (professor of Business and Economics at Hult International Business School), and Andrew Kakabadse (professor of International Management Development at Cranfield University).
Knowledge Group Consulting is a regional subsidiary of Nema Education, the academic arm of Nema (a portfolio company of Abu Dhabi University). Since its inception in 2006, the education-focused consulting firm has – according to its own records – advised dozens of companies and trained 160,000+ employees in 20+ countries around the world.
