The region’s largest human capital and people management event kick offs next week in Saudi Arabia, with PROCAPITA serving as platinum sponsor of the flagship event.

Held in Riyadh, the HRSE HR Summit & Expo will bring together over 4,000+ professionals from across the Middle East’s human resources scene to discuss the latest trends and development in the landscape. Mohammad Abu Al-Rob is a distinguished business leader with over 20 years of expertise in human resource management and technology. Throughout his consulting career, he has significantly contributed to the HR community in the Middle East, launching ventures such as PROCAPITA and ZENITHR to disrupt the industry.

His specialties span organization structuring, strategy development, rewards, talent development, and HR technology, with experience across industries like financial services, real estate, technology, media, and consumer goods.

Abu Al-Rob holds an MBA from IMD Business School, a certificate in Strategy Execution from INSEAD Business School, with a certificate in Crisis Management from the Swiss Armed Forces.
