KPMG has recruited Sadia Nazir from industry to lead its Transfer Pricing and International Tax practices for Saudi Arabia and the Levant region.

The new leader brings over 25 years of experience, with a focus on the transfer pricing domain. During her career, she has led transfer pricing planning, design and implementation of operating models, transfer pricing documentation strategies, automation and process development, cross-functional interactions and collaborations, intellectual property planning, and other activities.

In her new role, Nazir will spearhead KPMG’s transfer pricing team and also drive expansion of the international tax service line. She is based in the firm’s Riyadh office.

“I am thrilled to take on my new role. I eagerly anticipate leading the transfer pricing service and global tax service lines, leveraging my expertise to further fortify KPMG’s growth,” she said on her move.

Before joining KPMG in Saudi Arabia, Nazir was based in the United States, latterly serving as the Global Head of Transfer Pricing at Clarios, a manufacturer of advanced battery technologies for vehicles. Previously, she led Transfer Pricing departments at Staples and ITW, and spent close to two decades at professional services firms PwC and Crowe.
