Mishra joins Kearney from EY-Parthenon, where he was a partner in its Dubai office. Before that, he worked for Boston Consulting GroupStrategy& (back then still Booz & Company), and KPMG. He started his career in the shipping and logistics industry.

Commenting on his move from one strategy consultancy to another, Mishra said he was attracted to Kearney for its leading position in the public sector, collaborative approach with clients, and family-oriented culture.

“The culture we have at Kearney allows you to be true to yourself and your clients while also taking risks to achieve development at a very rapid pace. All of this when working with teams who actively support your development is an unbeatable value proposition.”

In his new role, Mishra is committed to supporting the region’s development. “The region is moving forward rapidly with key sectors expected to create a large impact. It is truly an exciting time to be working on such topics and seeing the results unfold.”

“It's not just about developing a strategy on paper, but often setting up the foundations for delivering on the strategy,” he continued. “These types of projects are a true partnership where clients appreciate honesty, commitment, and a focus on realizing true value by cutting through complexity.”

“I aim to make a positive impact on my clients and my teams that lasts long after a project ends. This requires understanding the true problem at hand as well as commitment to ensuring the solution is simple, practical, and the right thing to do. These are the essentials that clients truly appreciate.”
