Samay Mishra joins Kearney's public sector practice as partner

Kearney has strengthened its Middle East partnership with Samay Mishra, who brings over two decades of strategy and management consulting experience to the firm.

Based in the UAE, Samay Mishra is a partner in Kearney’s Public Sector practice, working with government entities on topics including national and regional development plans, national transformation programs, defining and executing foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction and promotion strategies, and developing tourism sector development plans.

Born and raised in India, Mishra has been based in the Middle East for more than a decade, having previously worked in the United Kingdom, United States, and India.

Mishra joins Kearney from EY-Parthenon, where he was a partner in its Dubai office. Before that, he worked for Boston Consulting Group, Strategy& (back then still Booz & Company), and KPMG. He started his career in the shipping and logistics industry.

Commenting on his move from one strategy consultancy to another, Mishra said he was attracted to Kearney for its leading position in the public sector, collaborative approach with clients, and family-oriented culture.
