MCA bolsters consulting team with partner Manish Kotwala
Middle East accounting and advisory firm MCA has strengthened its consulting team with Manish Kotwala.
Appointed a partner in the Strategy & Business Transformation practice, Manish Kotwala brings over 25 years of experience in management consulting and industry to MCA.
Kotwala has extensive experience in corporate strategy, due diligence, performance improvement, process re-engineering, change management, and operations management, among others, with his career spanning (leadership) roles across geographies including the Middle East, India, the United Kingdom, Central and Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining MCA, Kotwala led his own consulting boutique (Transform) for five years, helping clients with strategy, business process transformation, and human capital initiatives. Before that, he worked fifteen years at Cedar Management Consulting across two spells, latterly as a partner in its UAE business.
Notably, Kotwala was one of the founding partners of Cedar Management Consulting, laying the fundament for what today is one of the leading consultancies in the Middle East.
In his early career, Kotwala served Johnson & Johnson and Larsen & Toubro in India.

Established in the UAE in 2009, MCA has around 90 staff working from offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. The firm is led by a 6-person leadership team, which now also includes Kotwala.
