CBRE names Elias Bou Habib as Head of Consulting for KSA
Global real estate advisor CBRE has named Elias Bou Habib as Head of Consulting for Saudi Arabia.
Based in Riyadh, Elias Bou Habib will lead the firm’s consulting team in the Kingdom, which works with developers, operators and investors on the design and delivery of real estate-focused transformations. Key offerings of the consulting arm include real estate strategy, transactions, location selection, investments, workplace experience, and sustainability.

The new consulting leader brings an extensive background in the industry to CBRE, having previously served Deloitte, Booz & Company (now Strategy&), and PA Consulting Group
Before joining CBRE, Habib was a Director at Deloitte in Dubai, where he focused on business development and delivering large consulting projects in Saudi Arabia. In the role, he led multiple projects for government-owned and private sector real estate companies in the Kingdom.
During his career, he gained expertise in multiple sectors including government, oil & gas, and investments.
